Electropolishing Electrolytes: Industrial

SS Electropolish E6040 is a strong acidic electrolyte for electropolishing stainless steel. E6040 is effective on most stainless stell alloys.  Not effective for some of the 400 series alloys such as 440C.

SS Electropolish is a strong electrolyte compost almost entirely of a combination of Sulfuric acid and Phosphoric acid..  When used at higher temperatures (150°-160°F) can be effective on hard to polish 303 and 420 stainless steel alloys.

Use caution as product is 100% acidic.
