ESMA non-automated ultrasonic cleaners use a multi-tank design, in either a single chassis or multi-chassis construction. Separate tanks provide individual chambers for ultrasonic cleaning, ultrasonic hot water flush rinsing to remove drag-out solution, and a final chamber for hot air drying.
The hot water flush-rinse cycle improves finished parts cleaning quality, eliminates ineffective tap water rinsing, and speeds the total clean-to-dry cycle time. Our non-automated ultrasonic cleaning systems are available in several different models that offer single chassis, multi-chassis and multi-chambered operation.
Single Chassis, Multi-Chambered Models
At ESMA we offer two different single chassis, multi-chambered ultrasonic cleaning systems: the E386 and the E782. E386 - The ESMA E386 is designed to be used on a benchtop in a workshop or commercial facility. This design makes it easy to move around and minimizes the floor space that the unit takes up. The three separate tanks in the unit allow for ultrasonic cleaning, ultrasonic rinsing, and hot-air drying. Each tank has a capacity of one gallon and the unit is constructed with stainless steel for wipe down applications. The E386 even comes with an unconditional one year guarantee.
E782 - The E782 is a much larger single chassis, multi-chambered ultrasonic cleaning system. This non-automated unit has four chambers, each with a volume of 3.5 gallons. There are two ultrasonic cleaning tanks, one rinse tank, and one hot air drying chamber. This particular unit is very versatile since it can be sold in either a benchtop version or as part of a stainless steel console.
Multi-Chassis or Single Chassis Models
E283 - The E283 is a tabletop unit with only a one gallon tank that is capable of cleaning high performance parts. The unit can be used in conjunction with ESMA’s hot air drying tanks to create a small but complete ultrasonic system. This unit is commonly used to clean electronic parts because it operates at a constant amplitude. This makes the cleaning more effective without damaging the functional components of the parts.
E385 - This single-chassis design is for low volume production. The 2.5 gallon tank is the perfect size for medical devices or specialized cutting tools. The stainless steel construction of this non-automated ultrasonic cleaning unit makes it durable and easy to clean. ESMA’s innovative design incorporates ultrasonic rinsing at the end of the cleaning cycle.
E888 - Also designed for tabletop use and relatively low volume, the E888 has a 3.5 gallon capacity with 300 watts per tank. The unit can be paired with ESMA rising or hot drying tanks to provide a complete non-automated ultrasonic cleaning process. The E888 includes a 15 minute timer and optional features like integrated pump filter systems or rinsing units can be added.
E188 - For delicate cleaning of parts, the E188 is the perfect unit. During cleaning in its single 9 gallon tank, it can remove any debris from small cavities in a part. The E188 is a non-automated ultrasonic cleaning system, but is available in an automated version, the E700. The rotating basket of the unit’s chamber helps remove dirt and debris from parts by “tumbling” them during cleaning.
