Rotational Tumbler
ESMA rotational tumbler systems gently move parts through the nodes of increased energy that naturally form within the ultrasonic bath. The consistent rotation and tumbling of the parts enable the ultrasonic cavitation to reach blind holes and cavities. The tumbling process also works to loosen debris and separate parts that may nest together. When integrated with an ESMA automatic ultrasonic washer, the tumbling process also works to speed rinsing and drying. Operator involvement is minimized and parts processing efficiency is increased.
