E399-100
The ESMA E399-100 electropolisher system is designed to improve finished part quality and increase production output, particularly when compared to mechanical surface finishing processes. A digital timing controller (to 0.1 seconds), together with digital temperature control, ensures repeatable, reliable surface finishing. The E399-100 is a five-station design with an auxiliary anode/cathode supply on the side of the unit. The E399-100 has a maximum polishing output of 24 volts DC at 100 amps.
