ESMA automated cleaning systems perform an automated process of cleaning-rinsing-drying by moving the fluids into a single ultrasonic process tank, rather than moving the parts basket through a series of tanks. The entire proces required to clean, rinse, and dry manufactured metal parts is performed at the push of a button with user defined cycles. ESMA automatic ultrasonic cleaners use a computer-controlled fill-and-drain sequence to cycle parts through the cleaning, rinsing, and hot air drying processes; all within a single chambered unit. Modular heated storage tanks complete the system for re-use of detergents and rinse water. Finished part cleaning quality is improved, operator interaction is managed by a touchscreen interface eliminating exposure to chemicals.
