The Esma E700 ultrasonic cleaning system is a console-mounted, PLC-controlled, automatic clean, rinse, and dry system. The console design includes heated storage tanks for cleaning solution and rinse water. Filtering of solution and rinse water allow for re-use with each cycle. The E700 can also be configured for passivation applications. The E700 automated system reduces operator involvement, speeds total clean, rinse, dry process time, and improves finished part quality.Our Model E700 automatic ultrasonic washer combined with 2 or more separate 15 gallon storage tanks creates a unique, completely closed and automatic ultrasonic cleaning system for critical parts. The system runs a series of timed, automatic cycles of cleaning, rinsing, final rinsing and drying, all at the push of a button.
An automated system provides labor savings as well as a reduction of risk as chemicals are housed in covered containment chambers and operators are not exposed to hazardous materials.
