Ultrasonic Cleaners: Medical Device Cleaning & Passivation

Our E782-CP Console Mounted Multi Tank Ultrasonic Cleaning/Passivation System can be used as an effective passivation line by housing heated cleaning solution in tank 1, cascading (DI) rinse water in tank 2, heated passivation solution in tank 3, and a final cascading (DI) water rinse in tank 4. Tank 5 is an optional 1,500 watt hot air dryer. The process would move from left to right whereby parts would be cleaned, rinsed, passivated, rinsed and then dried.
