Ultrasonic Cleaners: Medical Device Cleaning & Passivation
E700
The ESMA E700 ultrasonic cleaning system is a console-mounted, PLC-controlled, automatic system for cleaning, rinsing, and drying medical devices, parts and components. The console design includes heated storage tanks for cleaning solution and rinse water. Filtering of solution and rinse water allow for re-use with each cycle. The E700 can also be configured for medical device passivation applications. The E700 automated system reduces operator involvement, speeds total cycle time, and improves finished part quality.
